Cover your mouth and nose while sneezing, coughing, talking or when anyone next to you coughs or sneezes.
CORONAVIRUS DISEASE usually spreads through cough or droplets from the mouth and covering your nose and mouth can save you from this pandemic
3. Consult a doctor if you feel sick
If you are suffering from a common cold, cough, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, shortness of breath or fatigue then consult a doctor as soon as possible.
In such circumstances kindly consult a physician.
4. Stay indoors
Avoid being in crowded places such as shopping centres and if possible maintain distance.
An infected person can spread the virus instantly and crowded areas are the place where virus can easily spread.
Don’t forget to wear full sleeves shirts with anti-pollution masks whenever you travel. If possible stay at home and go outside only when it is absolutely necessary.

Avoid travelling by public transports such as cab, bus, train etc. as these can get you infected.

If possible, consider travelling by your own vehicle and avoid public transports.
In case you are feeling sick, then you must avoid travelling and immediately consult a doctor as soon as possible.
4. Do not use over the counter medicines
If you suffer from any of the symptoms such as dry cough, back pain, nausea, shortness of breath, mild fever, then it is recommended that you must consult a doctor rather than opting for self-medication which is not only dangerous but it can also leave you battling with a distressing disease.
Strictly avoid the use of antibiotics as it can further lead to antibiotic resistance.
5. Don’t Panic, Take It Easy
